The machine has two compatible shafts, one calibration and one for cracking, distributing different fractions to the optimal cracking zone based on walnut size, preserving whole kernel yield from 80 to 95% depending on variety. The six independent crackers can be individually fine-tuned at any time for maximum quantity of whole kernels.
