The PROCYON V Conventional Mounted Plough is designed for efficient one-way ploughing on small and medium-sized farms. Combining Vario working width adjustment, a lightweight design, and a heavy-duty frame, it delivers excellent field performance while adapting easily to different soil conditions and tractor power.
The plough features a Vario instant furrow width adjustment system, allowing operators to quickly adjust the working width according to soil type, working depth, and tractor performance. This improves ploughing efficiency, reduces wheel slip, and contributes to lower fuel consumption.
Designed for conventional one-way ploughing, the machine is built around a seamless steel frame, eliminating welded joints and increasing structural strength. Models with 3–4 furrows are equipped with a 120 × 120 mm main frame, while 5–6 furrow versions feature a reinforced 140 × 120 mm frame, providing the ideal balance between low weight and high durability.
All critical wear components undergo the exclusive ÜNLÜ heat treatment process, ensuring superior hardness, wear resistance, and extended service life. The entire plough is protected by a durable electrostatic powder coating, offering long-term resistance against corrosion and harsh environmental conditions.
For heavy clay soils, the plough can be equipped with an optional slatted mouldboard, improving soil inversion and providing excellent crop residue incorporation.
