The LAS VEGAS 2000 L Turbo Sprayer is a professional trailed air-blast sprayer designed for efficient crop protection. Engineered with high-quality components and advanced spraying technology, it provides excellent spray coverage, efficient chemical distribution, and reliable performance under demanding field conditions.
The machine is equipped with a 2,000-liter polyethylene tank, manufactured from UV-resistant, chemical-resistant, and impact-resistant material to ensure long-term durability. A separate 140-liter clean water tank is integrated for internal tank rinsing, allowing quick and safe cleaning after spraying operations.
Its heavy-duty chassis is manufactured using laser-cut and formed steel, providing exceptional strength and stability during operation. Power is transmitted through a heavy-duty M-47 gearbox with gear ratios of 1:3.7 and 1:4.6, ensuring smooth operation and maximum efficiency.
The sprayer is fitted with a high-performance Annovi Reverberi BHA 200 diaphragm pump, delivering reliable spraying performance for intensive agricultural applications. The spraying system is controlled from the tractor cab via an electro-hydraulic control unit with solenoid valves, allowing precise and convenient operation.
Air distribution is provided by a 93 cm aluminium fan equipped with a friction clutch, generating a powerful airflow for deep canopy penetration and uniform spray distribution. The fan housing is hot-dip galvanized, providing excellent corrosion resistance and long service life.
The spraying system includes 18 brass Braglia nozzles with anti-drip shut-off valves, ensuring accurate application while minimizing chemical loss. A 25-liter chemical mixer provides thorough mixing of crop protection products, while the quick-fill system reduces filling time and increases operational efficiency.
Optional equipment includes a Braglia M170 control unit and an Annovi Reverberi BHA 170 pump with a flow rate of 170 L/min and a maximum operating pressure of 50 bar, allowing the sprayer to be configured according to specific farm requirements.
